First Credit Limited (“First Credit” or “the Company”) is a licensed money lender incorporated on 18th December 2006. Since its incorporation, First Credit has established an extensive branch network throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

First Credit is a member company of First Credit Finance Group Limited ("First Credit Finance Group"). First Credit Finance Group is an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2009. It registered as a non-Hong Kong Company in the same year and has its shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK") (Stock Code: 8215).

First Credit provides our customers with a wide range of loan products and services to meet their financial needs. It has different financial solutions including personal loan, mortgage loan, SME loan & foreign domestic workers loan.

The aim of the Company is to become a financial services supermarket by delivering flexible, innovative, professional and quality financial services to the customers.

Director and Chairman - Mr. Sin Kwok Lam

Mr. Sin Kwok Lam is the founder of the Company and was appointed as a Director and the Chairman of the Company since 18th December 2006.

Mr. Sin has approximately 28 years of banking and finance experience. Starting from the basic level, he built himself a fruitful career in the banking sector by working in various departments including Accounts and Internal Audit in different banks and financial corporations. His expertise and experience enabled him to achieve the top management level of renowned companies.

Mr. Sin obtained various professional qualifications, which include a master degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University, USA, a diploma in law from City University, London and a certified diploma in accounting and finance from The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Mr. Sin is an associate of The Institute of Bankers and the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. He is also a fellow of the Association of Taxation and Management Accountants.

Director and General Manager - Mr. Tsang Yan Kwong

Mr. Tsang Yan Kwong was appointed as a Director of the Company since 17th December 2007 and is currently the General Manager of the Company.

Mr. Tsang has over 20 years extensive experience in the finance sector and has served in several financial companies at top management level. He graduated from the University of Newcastle Australia with a master degree in business and administration.

Director and Assistant General Manager - Mr. Leung Wai Hung

Mr. Leung Wai Hung was appointed as a Director of the Company since 17th December 2007and is currently the Assistant General Manager of the Company.

Mr. Leung has approximately 10 years experience in the banking field and has engaged in managerial role in different banks and financial corporations. Mr. Leung obtained a bachelor degree of business administration (with honours) from Lingnan University and a master degree of corporate finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Director and Assistant General Manageress - Ms. Ho Siu Man

Ms. Ho Siu Man was appointed as a Director of the Company since 17th December 2007 and is currently the Assistant General Manageress of the Company.

Ms. Ho has acquired fruitful experience and knowledge in the banking and finance industry through her experience in the finance sector of various levels and departments for over 15 years. Ms. Ho obtained an advanced diploma in finance from The University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education and a bachelor degree (with honours) in financial services from Edinburgh Napier University.
